Marketing Manager connects your marketing.

Your website, advertising, Google presence, and follow-up work toward the same goal. You see what we did, what it produced, and what we’re changing next.

New websites and website updates

Give visitors a clear, current place to choose you.

We build a new site of up to five pages when you need one, or improve the one you have, and keep it updated in hosting and domain accounts you own.

Advertising

Reach more potential customers.

We set up, monitor, and adjust your Meta and Google campaigns in advertising accounts you own.

Google presence and reviews

Give local customers a clearer picture of your business.

We keep your Google Business Profile current with updates, posts, and review replies.

Inquiry follow-up

Give more inquiries a chance to become appointments.

We follow up with new and missed inquiries for your agreed service focus and hand interested people to your team. We book appointments directly only when your scope includes it.

A clear way to get started.

Start with what you want to grow, improve the marketing that supports it, and keep refining the work each month.

  1. Start with the business goal.

We review your current marketing and the customers you want, then agree on the first priorities in a written scope.

  2. Put the pieces in place.

We set up or improve each part of your scope. Channels go live in phases, as the plan says.

  3. Run, measure, and improve.

We manage the work, report what the results support, and decide with you what to improve next.

Built for established service businesses ready to invest in growth and have their marketing managed.

FAQ

What happens on the call?

It is a 15-minute call with Andrew. You describe your business and what you want to improve. We explain which package fits and what it would cover for you. If we agree it fits, the next step is a written scope for you to review before anything starts.

What happens with my website?

Marketing Manager and Multi-Location include improving an existing usable site or building up to five pages when needed and agreed. The first-month plan sets the schedule and any recurring work it replaces. Local Presence includes small edits to an existing site. You keep your hosting and domain accounts. Ecommerce, custom applications and complex migrations need a separate scope.

How is the advertising budget decided?

Local Presence does not require an ad budget. For Marketing Manager and Multi-Location, you tell us the advertising budget you will fund, and it goes into the written scope as the ceiling for the work. You pay Meta and Google directly, and the management fee stays the same whatever you spend. If the budget is too small for the work to make sense, we say so on the call.

Is there a long-term commitment?

No. The package runs month to month, and either of us can stop at any time. The scope and each month’s priorities are agreed in writing before the work starts.

What happens in the first month?

We get access to your accounts, establish the starting point, and agree on the first priorities. We then work through your package’s website, advertising, Google presence and follow-up priorities in the agreed order. The plan names any recurring work replaced by setup. Your first service month is paid before onboarding starts. Channels go live as their setup and approvals are complete.

What do you need from me?

Access to the relevant accounts, accurate business information, your service priorities, approved claims and assets, an advertising budget when ads are included, and a contact for decisions and inquiry handoffs. If something is missing, only the work that depends on it waits.

Do you guarantee appointments?

No. Bookings are not guaranteed, and this is not unlimited marketing. We agree on the work we are responsible for, show you what the results say each month, and adjust the priorities with you.

When is it not a fit?

It is not a fit if you need guaranteed sales, an emergency answering service, or work outside our marketing service. Marketing Manager and Multi-Location also need a workable advertising budget; Local Presence does not require one. Every package needs a clear way for your business to handle inquiries. We confirm the fit before you commit.

What is outside the package?

Ecommerce stores, custom applications, original photo or video production, rebranding, and PR are scoped and quoted separately. Outside vendors are paid directly.

Sales closing, legal or compliance approval, Google suspension appeals, integrations with your business software, and evening, weekend, or emergency cover are not included.

Monthly improvements are a small set agreed up front; not every example fits into every month. Extra requests are agreed before work starts: we can adjust priorities within the package, quote a separate project, or explain when something is outside our service.

Let’s talk about getting you more customers.

Tell us what you want your marketing to achieve and what is getting in the way. We will discuss the first priorities and whether Main Street Bookings is the right fit.
