What we collect, and what we don’t.
Main Street Bookings is a trade name used by 1582636 B.C. LTD., a British Columbia company. We handle personal information under Canada’s PIPEDA and British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act.
This policy covers mainstreetbookings.com, campaign traffic through fillyourweek.com, mistyped traffic through mainstreetbooking.com, and the enquiry form we plan to use on Facebook and Instagram. It does not cover our customers’ systems. Each customer remains responsible for its own records. We can run campaigns in its advertising account and create appointments in the calendar and slots it provides. We do not need access to its line-of-business software and do not take ownership of its systems.
Optional website analytics
Optional analytics is off until you choose Allow analytics in Privacy choices. Where enabled, Google Analytics helps us understand page visits, broad referral sources, campaign identifiers and contact-link clicks. It does not confirm an enquiry, booking or payment. No advertising pixels, remarketing or advertising personalization are enabled.
Your choice is remembered in this browser. Decline analytics stops optional collection and removes the analytics cookies this site can access. You can change your choice through Privacy choices. If your browser blocks storage, your choice applies only to this visit. A browser Global Privacy Control signal keeps optional analytics off.
After you allow analytics, Google may receive device and browser information and network request data needed to process analytics. We send clean page addresses and approved campaign identifiers, without names, email addresses, phone numbers, enquiry answers or raw query strings. Analytics cookies use the msb prefix and last up to 90 days; later activity may renew that period. Google may process data outside Canada.
Analytics is unavailable on previews and on any version of this site without an enabled measurement configuration. The website and email links work without it. Vercel receives normal request data, such as IP address, browser, requested page and time, to deliver and secure the website.
What we collect, and only when you give it
You can send enquiry details directly to us in two ways: by submitting one of our planned enquiry forms on Facebook or Instagram, or by sending an email. The website host also handles the request data described above.
From the planned Marketing Manager form: your first name, last name, email address, business name, role, served city or area, marketing priority, and an email contact-consent choice. This form does not request phone numbers, customer names or customer job details. More detailed business-fit questions are discussed on the call.
Meta can also provide the submission time and available Page, form, campaign, ad-set, ad, organic, and tracking identifiers. These values show which enquiry route created the submission. They do not establish that two submissions are the same person.
Each form must show this Privacy URL and a separate, required contact-consent choice that is unticked by default. We check the live fields, mapping, notice, and choice before a form is published. We do not infer contact consent from a Page visit, another form, an existing record, or a different business.
From a sales conversation: business-level qualification notes, the self-reported source of the enquiry, scheduling and quote status, the chosen service route, and 0–3 Urgency, Budget, and Fit scores. The Budget score records whether the stated package and direct-media boundaries work for the business. It is not a request for a private financial record.
From email: whatever you choose to write.
Main Street Bookings does not buy or append personal data and does not use website analytics for advertising profiles. Optional website analytics is described above. Meta, Google and Vercel also handle platform or request data under their own privacy terms.
What service evidence we keep
When we deliver the Appointment Pipeline under either agreed billing basis, we keep only the private evidence needed to deliver the work, test whether a booking qualifies, reconcile statements and invoices, and resolve disputes. That evidence can include:
- a pointer to the generated or recovered enquiry and only the minimum source and identity fields needed to preserve the evidence chain;
- the type and time of the prospect’s explicit confirmation;
- the matching calendar entry, or a pointer to it;
- the exclusion checks, booking state, and state history;
- the source and history of a dispute;
- the customer’s capacity agreement; and
- an optional attendance label supplied by the customer.
We do not collect sensitive customer-content details for this service, including clinical or treatment details. Customers must not put those details in records they provide to us for delivery, billing, or a dispute.
Each booking has an opaque reference scoped to that customer. It is not made from a name, phone number, or email address. Statements and invoices show only that reference, an opaque lane code, the reporting month, the booking state, and the fee. They do not copy names, contact details, messages, appointment classes, sources, scheduled dates, or calendar notes. The customer’s private ledger resolves the appointment class, source, and scheduled date, then connects the opaque references to the calendar and evidence records it is authorized to see.
Why we use it
To reply and handle the conversation you started. If you give contact consent, we may reply about your enquiry by phone, text, or email. We use sales records to check fit, manage the next action, prepare a quote, record a decision, and learn which acquisition route reaches suitable businesses. We use service evidence only to deliver the work, check qualification, manage capacity, prepare and reconcile billing, report attendance when the customer supplies it, and resolve disputes. We don’t sell, rent, or share your information for anyone else’s marketing.
Who processes it
We are small and use a few established services rather than running our own systems.
| Meta | Will host the enquiry form on Facebook and Instagram and provide submitted answers to Main Street Bookings when that form is published |
|---|---|
| HighLevel | Is intended to receive the form answers that Main Street Bookings maps into its CRM; we will check the mapping before the form is published |
| Vercel | Hosts this website and handles normal request data when the site is online |
| Mailgun and ImprovMX | Carry email |
| Hosts the mailbox forwarded email reaches; Calendar and Meet provide meeting invitations and access when enabled; Analytics processes optional website measurements only after permission |
When an owner-enquiry route is enabled, we use the submitted identity, business details, fit answers and contact-consent record to respond by email and arrange a call. We keep the source identifiers, response and call status, agreement status and verified payment status needed to manage that enquiry. The form states which details it requests before submission. Website analytics does not receive these contact or sales records.
Each service has its own privacy terms. We use these services for the purposes described here.
Messages we send for a customer
If we follow up on enquiries a customer already received, those messages are sent on that customer’s behalf, about booking the appointment the person originally asked about. Follow-up is text-first, with a path to a real person on the customer’s team.
The product boundaries are strict: follow-up covers booking logistics only, contains no marketing, and never covers clinical or treatment content. We verify any legal disclosure trigger before activation. A direct question about automation gets an honest answer.
Public proof needs separate permission
A private booking record proves a result for service delivery and billing. It does not give us permission to use the result in public. Public use needs separate, optional, written permission that identifies the claim or material. Declining that permission does not change service, fees, or dispute rights.
If permission is given, anonymous use is the default. Naming the customer or using its logo or a quotation needs a separate explicit choice. A prospect’s identity is never used as public proof. Revoking permission stops future use and removes copies we control. It does not change the private service and billing record.
How long we keep it, and how to have it deleted
We keep enquiry and service-evidence records while we need them to reply, deliver and reconcile the service, manage the business relationship, keep the service secure, meet legal or accounting obligations, or resolve a dispute.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to Andrew@mainstreetbookings.com. We honour a deletion request unless we must keep a record for a legal, accounting, security, or dispute-related reason. In that case, we keep only what we need.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
